Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address customer needs and concerns
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance to customers
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or a related role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
