Responsibilities
Customer Support: Delight our clients by promptly responding to inquiries via email, phone, and chat. Assist with booking reservations, managing itineraries, and resolving any issues to make their travels hassle-free.
Travel Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and travel goals. Offer personalized recommendations, craft detailed itineraries, and provide insider insights to enrich their journeys.
Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, team members, and travel partners. Keep clients updated on important travel advisories and any changes to their plans.
Problem Solving: Address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency. Proactively anticipate challenges and implement solutions to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Product Expertise: Stay informed about our destinations, properties, and services. Expand your knowledge of landmarks, cultural attractions, and local customs to better serve our diverse clientele.
Documentation: Accurately record client interactions, transactions, and feedback in our system. Maintain organized records to facilitate quick resolutions and follow-ups.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel-related roles preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in computer use, email, and basic office software; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
