Customer Service Administrator

· You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.

· Addressing customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions.

· Staying informed about the company's products or services to provide accurate information.

· Assisting customers with orders, returns, and exchanges.

· Collecting feedback from customers and providing to relevant departments.

· Greeting and helping visitors in the front office, maintaining office supplies, managing deliveries, and coordinating meetings.

· Assisting executives or managers with various tasks and projects.

· Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintain accurate records and files.

· Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolving complex issues.

· Providing back up to team as needed.

· Work in a fast-paced office using strong multi-tasking skills and adjust to changing environments.
