RemX Staffing is currently hiring for a short term projects in Miramar or Plantation, FL. Available end of every month.
Start date- end of July; end of August
Hours- varies
Pay- $24/hour
Location-ONSITE Miramar or Plantation
short term projects (1 week or some)
Responsibilities:
Assist callers with questions and navigations of healthcare, health insurance, or meal benefits
Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.
Requirements:
GED / High School Diploma (or higher) REQUIRED
1+ year experience in customer service REQUIRED
Call Center / Health Care / Insurance environment highly preferred!
