Customer Relations & Logistics Manager -- Remote | WFH

Responsibilities

As our Customer Relations & Logistics Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team focused on enhancing this journey. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing logistics operations, ensuring smooth inventory transfers and selecting carriers for our cutting-edge products.

Overseeing order processing in our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with pricing agreements.

Handling accounts receivable collections and maintaining clear, professional customer communications.

Directing the flow of products from production to shipment, optimizing efficiency at every step.

Collaborating closely with our production team and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery to our customers worldwide.

Championing process improvements to boost efficiency across departments and elevate our service standards.

Driving automation initiatives within our ERP system and supporting enhancements to our customer self-service tools.

Mentoring and guiding your team, setting clear goals and ensuring everyone has the tools they need to succeed.

What You Need to Excel

Essential Qualifications

A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in logistics management and customer support roles.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel.

Exceptional leadership and people management abilities, with a passion for coaching and mentoring.

Desirable Skills

Experience with ERP systems and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.

Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.

A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a drive to make a difference.
