We are expanding our reach into the Lawndale area with our government-funded program partner. We specialize in outreach in the local underserved communities. Our program partner is one that prioritizes giving all Americans the opportunity to experience the benefits of having a phone service, like staying connected with family, and securing and maintaining employment.
We are now seeking to expand our Community Outreach team, so we need individuals who:
Can work with different members of the community on a daily basis
Have a strong passion for helping others
Can work independently and also in a team setting
Can receive our hands-on and classroom-style training
Are looking for a challenge
Have a passion for the field of communications
We will provide complete training from the ground up in:
Community Outreach
Customer Service
Upselling on additional program accessories
Creating and maintaining professional relationships
Leadership Development
Personal Development
Qualified Candidates Must:
Have a High School Diploma or GED
Be coachable and have a student mentality
Have a drive for success and internal growth opportunities
Have proficient communication skills
Can conduct themselves in a professional manner
