The Customer Insights Manager will lead and execute our Customer Research function to deliver insights that help us continue delivering innovative services to our athletes and coaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a customer research and insights approach that helps support our strategies and objectives
  • Define research objectives and strategies in partnership with your stakeholders
  • Develop and execute a research plan
  • Conduct product analysis using usage behaviors, customer sentiment, and user surveys
  • Build and execute customer survey strategy to collect customer feedback
  • Be the customer voice champion ensuring that we put our customer first
  • Organize and lead customer visits, including cross functional representation across the company


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and delivering results in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take initiative, be proactive and problem-solve
  • Customer driven and consumer focused
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, organizational and teamwork skills
