Work on high-priority/value use-cases such as contracting experience, digital surgery, returns, and disputes
Process and analyze data to derive actionable insights, while also understanding and optimizing data sources and systems integration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report findings and drive strategic decision-making
Engage in front-end engineering and visualization to deliver insights effectively, using tools such as Qualtrics (strongly preferred), or similar platforms
Interface with the data science team, utilizing SQL
Familiarity with real-time customer journey management software, such as Cemantica, is desirable
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to process both quantitative and qualitative data
Experience with customer journey management software, preferably Cemantica
Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Qualtrics
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
