Customer Care Specialist

4 Corner Resources is seeking a passionate and empathic Customer Care Specialist for one of our leading wellness clients. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, demonstrates professional maturity, and takes great pride in caring for customers and exceeding their expectations at every turn. Most importantly, you put the customers' needs at the forefront of every interaction.

Customer Care Specialist Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and voicemails about product questions and orders.
  • Build relationships with customers and HCP referrals through empathetic communication.
  • Process orders, answer questions, apply discounts, and suggest products and subscriptions.
  • Conduct outreach to HCP referral patients for product info and order placement.
  • Update customer records in Salesforce with contact info, call notes, and tasks.
  • Drive customer loyalty and retention, meeting team and individual goals.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products, menopause and pelvic health, pricing, discounts, rewards, and subscriptions.
  • Resolve customer complaints, process returns, and handle adverse events.
  • Collect and share customer reviews and testimonials.
  • Suggest improvements for team processes.
  • Willingness to take on special projects, new responsibilities and adjust priorities as needed.

Customer Care Specialist Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of demonstrated success in a Customer Care or equivalent role.
  • Proven experience in virtual or in-person customer support, client care, customer service, or as a patient coordinator in a medical facility or practice
  • Previous experience with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening.

Customer Care Specialist Additional Details

  • 15-week contract (with opportunity to convert permanent based on business needs and performance)
  • Pay Range: Starting at $22/hr.
  • Fully remote Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm.
