Provide service to customers via telephone regarding first level Web Support, Fuel Card, Vehicle Ordering, and Insurance Cards (US) inquiries, Process entry level FNOL (accident – First Notice Of Loss)
Handle calls in an efficient manner, minimizing driver/client time to resolve issues
Strive for first call resolution
Exhibit applicable empathy during each call, to ensure a superior customer experience
Assess caller’s needs, clarify information, research any issue, and provide solutions and /or alternatives
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Empathy is an important skill in this role as most calls are from drivers and Element clients that have been in a car accident and need to report damage to a vehicle.
Work effectively in a team environment, and when needed - provide back-up support for administrative tasks
This role will start ASAP. This is a 6 month contract. There is a possibility for an extension and/or conversion to full time employment based on performance.
Can sit anywhere in the country, no timeline of going back in office anytime this year.
