Do you have a passion for E-Commerce, Sales and Nutrition? If so, we have an opening for a Customer Business Manager, Amazon to lead the implementation and adoption of best-in-class scalable Ecommerce capabilities, solutions and processes. You will be responsible for leading the Healthy Lifestyle brands (think!, Isopure, Amazing Grass) on Amazon US.
What you will do:
Build strategic partnerships with Amazon, Advertising, Fresh, and Business teams to mutually deliver against customer and sales objectives
Lead revenue budget planning and forecasting for Healthy Lifestyle brands on Amazon US to deliver on net sales and profit targets
Own Amazon customer trade budget for Healthy Lifestyle brands. Manage customer growth and profitability targets.
Partner with supply chain to ensure best in class supply chain operations, demand forecasting, and in stock rates on Amazon.
Own Amazon catalog for 3 brands; managing master data, digital content strategy and development, title and bullet point copy, new item set up process, and product page design.
Develop, measure, and track the KPIs for success on Amazon across the GPN organization.
Drive key capabilities – path to purchase understanding, digital shelf, ratings and reviews, A+/ B+ Content, working alongside key partners and agencies
Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive digital marketing activities such as Media, SEO, Social, Affiliate Marketing, and Merchandising placements on Amazon.
Create trusting/strong relationships with key decision makers and bring deep understanding of Amazon strategic interests, priorities, and growth opportunities to GPN.
Experience you bring:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years working with Amazon Retail
CPG industry sales, marketing or strategy experience with a manufacturer or retailer
Strong MS Suite skills (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals and audiences in both written and verbal methods
Experience working in a matrix environment and in leading peers and key project groups.
