Chobani’s Customer Business Managers drive and lead sales activities for Chobani and La Colombe customers. This role owns the analysis of customer sales and project management of customer-driven initiatives and Private Label portfolio development in conjunction with Chobani and La Colombe branded opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of business objectives through distribution, volume, share, and new items
  • Identify and define specific strategic business objectives to increase sales, share growth and improved profitability for the Chobani/La Colombe portfolio
  • Be responsible for the execution and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives
  • Deliver profitable sales growth and supervise customer performance in order to develop action plans to address challenges and improve opportunities
  • Lead communications and meetings with customers and internal partners related to customer-specific projects, new product development and the customer’s Private Label portfolio
  • Develop and maintain customer relationship with both Private Label while encouraging and implementing Chobani and La Colombe branded opportunities
  • Use customer sales data and category management studies to provide fact-based analysis and deliver business building initiatives
  • Perform other duties as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years sales experience in the CPG industry
  • Headquarter call experience required
  • Experience with Aldi and/or Trader Joes preferred but not required
  • Experience with Private Label product development/management a plus
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and creative with a history of sales growth
  • Strong and shown leadership skills with cross-functional exposure / experience
  • Track record of being highly customer focused, building and maintaining excellent relationships
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects against deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies
  • Must be located within a reasonable distance of Aldi and Trader Joe’s locations
  • Willingness to travel – Chicago, Southern California, Boston, etc.

Compensation Range: $85,600.00 - $128,400.00, plus bonus.
