Curriculum Subject Matter Expert -- Remote | WFH

We are seeking a passionate UI/UX Design Subject Matter Expert (SME) with professional experience in the US UI/UX Design market. In this role, you will collaborate with our curriculum developers and product team members to create our new UI/UX Design program.

Responsibilities

Consult on proposed curriculum structure, including example student project portfolios, to ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Draft educational materials such as written text, runnable code examples, auto-graded coding tasks, assessment questions, and real-world projects.

Write supporting material, including rubrics and project review guidelines for project reviewers, as well as troubleshooting guides for support.

Requirements

Professional experience in UI/UX Design, including proficiency in related tools and knowledge of industry standards/protocols.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, reviewers, and tutors.

Preferred Experience

Experience in teaching and/or creating educational content.

Familiarity with online education platforms and instructional design principles.
