YOUR IMPACT

As the Curriculum Development Manager, you will manage the coordination of development and deployment of a curriculum in industry self-regulation for law, business, and public policy schools. You will engage with academics to develop and refine the curriculum while actively working to extend the network of universities and professors involved and serving as a key point of contact for funders and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for grant administration, including fund allocation and compliance monitoring.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with instructors to develop and refine curriculum and design visually appealing, easy-to-use course materials
  • Monitor the adoption of course materials and gather feedback on course curriculum from students and professors
  • Coordinate related visiting-lecture series, including identifying and engaging lecturers, matching lecturers with interested universities, coordinating travel, and managing related costs
  • Monitor and maintain detailed records of all grant-funded activities to ensure adherence to funding guidelines, timely completion of deliverables, and compliance with requirements and regulations
  • Develop, manage, and administer grant budgets, ensuring proper allocation and expenditure of funds and the financial status of grants
  • Communicate grant requirements and expectations to project teams and provide guidance on compliance and reporting
  • Maintain and update grant and foundation-related contacts in the organization’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience developing or assisting in the development of post-secondary education curricula and related course materials
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, collaborators, and deadlines
  • Experience in grant administration/management, with knowledge of grant application processes and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in budget development and financial reporting
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders

Strong Office 365 and other similar skills, including high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint Let us know if you have:

  • Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM experience

A JD, MBA, PhD or other graduate degree

Experience teaching at a post-secondary level
