About The Role
Auxly is currently looking for an Cultivation General labourer to join our team in Leamington, ON. Reporting to the Labour Manager and Head Grower.
What can you expect to do?
Conduct daily care and maintenance of plants throughout the cannabis cultivation process, including cloning, transplanting, defoliation, pruning, pest management, destruction, nutrient mixing, irrigation, plant inventory management, harvesting, trimming, drying and packaging.
Follow all SOPs related to daily work activities to maintain compliance with stringent regulations.
Perform sanitation activities throughout the facility to maintain cleanliness.
Monitor and document plant growth.
Maintain care of production tools, equipment, and facility.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or experience in horticulture or a related field is an asset
