Requirements
- Creative and Contemporary: Bring your innovative culinary flair to create exciting menus.
- Experience: 10 years in kitchen operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in an off-premise catering setting.
- Catering Expertise: 5 years of experience in catering production, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
- Leadership Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage kitchen staff, schedules, and inventory demands.
- Compliance and Standards: Knowledge and adherence to FDA/USDA standards in food safety and production.
- Team Development: Hire, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards and foster growth.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee catering and co-packing production, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Innovative Thinking: Identify opportunities for process improvement as we expand our operations.
- Desire for Growth: Passionate about advancing your career in a thriving, dynamic environment.
- Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Kitchen Spanish is advantageous.
