About the position

Established, expanding, evolving, full service restaurant company with locations throughout Massachusetts. Play pivotal role working directly with the senior leadership to set the standards, coach, train and mentor your culinary teams, continuously strive to raise quality & execution system wide while achieving financial goals. Will oversee all company locations as well as point person for opening new locations.

You

A hands on, detail focused, systems driven, Culinary Director. A minimum of 4-6 years experience in a multi-unit, culinary capacity with a full service, national or regional chain concept. "Nuts & bolts culinary leader, working primarily in the restaurants.
