Culinary Barista (Downtown Location)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Charlotte's Coffee House is seeking a versatile Culinary and Beverage Specialist to join our team. This

role combines the expertise of a Line Cook/Prep Cook and a Barista to provide exceptional food and

beverage services. The ideal candidate oversees kitchen operations, prepares high-quality food and

beverages, and contributes to an outstanding customer experience. This position offers opportunities for

Responsibilities:

• Execute opening and closing procedures for the kitchen and café to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare consistent, high-quality food items and beverages promptly, following our recipes and
• safety protocols
• Manage food orders and inventory, ensuring accurate storage and sanitation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all areas, including kitchen and café spaces
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, engaging patrons to ensure satisfaction and
• Crafting delicious beverages
• Handle cash transactions accurately and assist with inventory management
