Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Co-Founder to join our team at Remembrance. This is a unique opportunity to lead the technological development of our platform and help shape the future of memorialization through AR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Lead the development and implementation of our technology stack, which includes 2 mobile apps, 2 web apps, and 1 AR platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers and engineers.
• Oversee all aspects of technology development and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure Remembrance remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Work closely with the CEO and other co-founders to drive the company's vision and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a technology-driven company.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development and architecture.
• While experience with AR/VR development is a plus, it is not required. Our AR platform is only one part of our technology stack. Understanding how to build and manage mobile and web applications is more critical.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for innovation and a desire to create meaningful experiences through technology.

• Equity in the company as a co-founder. You will be given equal equity to the founder and CEO. 20% goes to the team, 5% for advisors, and the rest is split between the CEO and CTO founders (minus equity to investors).
