The CT Technologist will be responsible for a multitude of CT exams including biopsies and Interventional CT. Employee will be knowledgeable and dedicated to radiation safety. Employee will provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors and staff with an emphasis on quality service and excellent patient care. Employee must be self-motivated and demonstrate ability to work as a team.
Required Skills And Experience
Education- Minimum of Associates degree, Radiologic Sciences program. ARRT Certification in CT preferred. For those not currently certified, the requirement is to become certified within 1 year of the date of hire (except for Per Diems - where this will not be required - but still is preferred)
Experience - Preference of two years' experience, but new graduates welcomed.
Licensure - ARRT credentials for diagnostic imaging and NYS license. Also must receive the enhanced NYS license for injection, on or before completion of introductory period.

Good written and oral communication skills preferred.
Requires ability to prioritize work, manage time wisely and adjust to changes in work volumes.
Physical Requirements
Able to stand for long periods of time; requires manual dexterity and good eye-hand coordination. Able to perform light lifting, up to 40 pounds.
