CSV and QA Lead

Role: QA/CSV Engineer

Location: PST time zone

Responsibilities:

Assist with international Resilience sites in Canada, UK, and Australia, focusing on PQ/engineering runs.

Work hours: 9 am PST – 7 pm PST (flexible), sharing shift work with an East Coast consultant to ensure system coverage throughout the day.

Provide QA and CSV expertise within a manufacturing environment, specifically working with MES, DeltaV, and OSI PI systems.

Understand and manage system control, with experience in SAP/Supply Chain being a plus.

Prioritize manufacturing experience; supply chain knowledge is preferred but not required.

Review and oversee validation documents, OQ/PQ's in the manufacturing space.

Conduct periodic reviews and upgrades as needed.

Ensure quality oversight of documents without writing test scripts, SOP’s, or documents.

Work with various systems, including MES, DeltaV/OSI PI, and new Scata systems controlling instruments.

Qualifications:

Strong background in QA and CSV.

Manufacturing experience with a focus on MES, DeltaV, and/or OSI PI.

Understanding of system control.

Experience with SAP/Supply Chain preferred.

Ability to review and oversee validation documents and OQ/PQ's.

Flexibility to work extended hours in PST time zone needs.
