Call Center Finance Details
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 17.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 07:00pm )
Must have open availability between the hours of 6:00AM - 7:00PM. (Will be scheduled 8 hours between those times)
Must be available 8:00AM - 5:00PM during training
Job Duties
Taking primarily inbound calls
Responsible for providing financial estimates for students going through the enrollment process
Walk the students through a screen sharing financial estimate.
Accurately record all responses through a list of scripted questions to qualify potential students for loans, grants and scholarships.
Call Center Finance Qualifications
Must have previous customer service experience Must have strong computer skills.
Must be able to multi-task between phone and data entry.
Ability to be high energy thought the call.
Must be able to submit an updated resume and interview on-site with the client.
Applicant may be subject to a background check
