Crush Plant Manager - Midwest

This job is located onsite in the Midwest United States.

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Manager to

join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in plant operations, specifically with experience in crushing processes, and a demonstrated aptitude for leadership.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify and lead the implementation of process improvement opportunities.
• Develop and analyze new process ideas by researching technical resources with similar processes or business applications.
• Ensure safety and environmental considerations are integrated into all development and modification efforts.
• Analyze existing processes for cost savings, reliability, and performance improvement opportunities.
• Maintain comprehensive records of production, downtime, and other operating performance indicators.
• Serve as a key player in building a successful team and facilitating the completion of team goals.
• Establish efficient courses of action for project completion, leveraging resources and coordinating with internal and external partners.
• Display innovative thinking in addressing work problems and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a crush plant.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in bioprocessing or related industrial production environments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership potential, with a desire to advance to management roles within the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build cohesive teams and facilitate goal accomplishment
