As an Associate on the CRM marketing team, you’ll play an instrumental role in how SeatGeek communicates with its customers and clients. You’ll be experimenting with email, push, and SMS marketing programs of every flavor – lifecycle, triggered, periodic, ad-hoc, etc. You’ll help project-manage and deploy our retention messaging strategy at every stage, including template design and markup, QA, segmentation and campaign configuration, as well as follow-up reporting and optimization. Whether one of our fans is a soccer fanatic or a theater enthusiast, you’ll help make sure we leverage everything at our disposal to get each fan the best possible message and guide them to an amazing live event experience.

What You'll Do

  • Own ideation, strategy, execution and analysis for marketing events we ticket via our enterprise platform and for our weekly user newsletter
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Partner Marketing and Analytics teams to optimize campaigns
  • Support the Senior Manager, CRM in our larger Concert marketing strategy across both our consumer marketplace and enterprise events
  • Develop and execute A/B testing plans for a variety of campaigns. Analyze results and showcase learnings to the broader marketing team
  • Leverage marketing automation, HTML/CSS, and segmentation to create dynamic marketing at scale
  • Track and report on deliverability and email list health metrics
  • Monitor the CRM Calendar and triage incoming requests

What You Have

  • 3+ years of experience in a CRM, Email, Lifecycle, or Retention Marketing role
  • High proficiency in Email markup (HTML/CSS, templating syntax, etc.) and CRM software (e.g. Iterable, Braze, Simon Data, Marketo etc.)
  • Exceptional attention to detail that can catch even the most minor mistake
  • Strong project and time management skills, ability to juggle many campaigns and requests at once
  • Knowledge of A/B testing best practices
  • Proactive self-starter with ownership mentality, that is always ideating more ways to be operationally efficient
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to explain technical jargon in simple, human terms

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $92,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
