This is a full-time role as a Crew Manager at Thoroughbred Turf. The Crew Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the crew, including scheduling, training, and supervising crew members. The Crew Manager will also ensure that all work is completed efficiently and according to company standards. This is an on-site role located in Lexington, KY.
Qualifications
Previous experience in crew management or a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks
Knowledge of turf and landscaping maintenance
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
