Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Crew Chief at our Plainview, NY location. The Crew Chief will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating mitigation and remediation projects, managing a team of technicians, conducting inspections, communicating with clients, and ensuring quality control throughout the process. The Crew Chief will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
• Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
• Certifications in mitigation and remediation (e.g., IICRC) are a plus
