Vernovis is currently partnering with a local manufacturing client to place an Credit Analyst to join the credit collections team. This resource will be responsible for reviewing and approving orders for shipment, working with cross-functional teams, and assisting customers with any issues.

What You'll Do:

• Maintenance of customer accounts through collection activity.
• Perform credit risk analysis to determine appropriate credit limits and resolve credit hold situations and account research.
• Support company growth objectives through job performance and communication skills.
• Perform special projects and/or analysis as determined by the Credit & Collections Manager.

What You'll Have:

• Two years of experience with B2B credit analysis and/or customer service experience
• Ability to multi-task between reviewing and approving orders, while answering calls for clients and sales team
• Ability to follow hierarchy and policy when approving and reviewing accounts
• Strong communication skills - firm, friendly, but holding true to policy
• Knowledge of general invoicing procedures and data processing applications
