About the Role: We are looking for a Credit and Collections Specialist to join our Accounts Receivable/Credit and Collections Team who will be passionate about providing collections support and recognize the importance of building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customers and teams.
This position will be located at our facility in Flagstaff, Arizona with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs
Responsibilities:
Maintain detailed account contacts and notes
Formulate collection decisions using guidelines, negotiation, and business judgement skills
Interact with other functional teams as required
Perform research, follow-ups, and other collection related activities
Provide customer service to both internal and external customers
Provide correct credit decisions based on account status
Maintain telephone and e-mail contact with U.S. based accounts
Required Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge in teamwork skills
Knowledge on Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Ability to accommodate changing priorities with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently, proactively, and follow through on pending tasks and deadlines
Ability to work successfully in a multidisciplinary team environment, gaining consensus when appropriate
Ability to travel up to 5%

Previous collections experience
