Job Responsibilities
Independently steward large-scale, integrated programs and projects
Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to create and execute projects
Leads clients, partners, and team members in development of a master plan that results in an integrated and successful execution
Concept breakthrough creative ideas that capture attention, call to action and effectively payoff brand and business objectives
Develop creative deliverables that uphold strategic narratives (including but not limited to: digital, social and brand presentations)
Ability to multi-task across simultaneous projects and deadlines, collaborating with appropriate team members
Facilitate brainstorms to inspire big ideas that respect brand realities
Demonstrate creative thought leadership, keeping ahead of trends and providing proactive inspiration and recommendations
Write clear, yet inspiring briefs that give creative teams the tools and information to create work moves the business for clients
Ability to write and design strategic/creative presentations that clearly and powerfully convey our point-of-view.
Arm creative teams with a sophisticated understanding of how we build brand experiences, highlighting unique benefits or strengths of a brand or product to connect with attendees.
Key Qualifications
5-7+ years experience in a Creative Agency Role Preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage teams/employees
Strong communication skills, a gifted writer and comfortable presenting and leading meetings with mid to high level clients and colleagues
Ability to manage multiple work streams seamlessly and independently
Demonstrated expertise in social, digital and experiential planning
Experience with Tech, Entertainment, CPG, Electronics and/or Sporting brands, preferred
Analytics experience, preferred
Proven track-record of launching culture-first or culture-shifting brand work
Strong communication skills, a gifted writer and comfortable presenting and leading meetings with mid to high level clients and colleagues
Ability to manage multiple work streams seamlessly and independently
