  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process, making real-time decisions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure that all productions adhere to company standards, safety protocols, and legal requirements.

Post-Production:

  • Oversee the post-production process, including editing, retouching, and final delivery of assets.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the quality standards and specifications set by the creative team and clients.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all production-related inquiries and updates.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders effectively utilizing project management tools such as Airtable, Asana or Monday

A typical week may look like this:

Monday: Kick-off the week with a team meeting to review the week's schedule, priorities, and any outstanding issues from the previous week. Identify areas of scope creep and sufficiently resolve with the customer. Develop detailed production schedules, shot lists, and logistics plans.

Tuesday: Reach out to studio partners and talent management agencies to confirm bookings and negotiate rates for upcoming shoots. Document bookings and rates in a clear and centralized template.

Wednesday: Analyze current project budgets, review P&L statements, and adjust financial plans as necessary.

Thursday: Shoot Day: Supervise the photo/video shoot, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule. Handle any issues that arise promptly. Post-Shoot Wrap-Up: Review the shoot with the creative team, ensuring all necessary shots were captured. Begin preliminary post-production planning.

Friday: Coordinate with editors and retouchers to begin post-production work. Review initial edits and provide feedback. Assess the financial performance of the week's shoots, updating P&L statements and identifying areas for cost optimization.
