Job Summary:
The Creative Producer is a skilled professional, responsible for overseeing the entire production process – from ideation to execution – to ensure delivery of high-quality assets for multi-channel usage. Reporting to the VP of Creative, She/He/They will be responsible to manage the development of creative projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while collaborating cross functionally to ensure brand imaging remains consistent.
Situated with the Marketing team and part of the Creative team, we move quickly but also have enough time and space to create broad, innovative ideas.

What you’ll accomplish:
Participate in creative ideation and concepting, and help drive the overall execution of Evolus messaging across our B2B, DTC, digital marketing, and internal & external communications
Lead and direct the pre-production and post-production steps for assigned projects with the Creative team and partners to ensure cohesive and effective productions
Collaborate with PMO to manage the production deadlines and timelines of photo/video related creative content needs.
Produce and storyboard, generate scripts, shot lists, and coordinate meetings for editorial, social, and still-life shoots, ensuring clear and effective communication, creative direction and deliverables are understood by everyone involved
Work closely with the Marketing leadership team and PMO team to help establish a calendar of annual content that aligns to business goals
Live and breathe our cross-functional partners’ objectives while maintaining seamless communication, schedules and effectively translating creative strategy into action
Manage the production (pre & post-production) schedule for shoots, including retouching timelines etc.
Propose and own location scouting, model travel bookings, and other production logistics
Work with Evolus’ Legal department to execute all production contracts; manage and track usage rights for all creative projects
Work closely with agents and artists on all production-related topics including negotiating rates for freelance contributors on creative projects
Manage on-set crew during shoots as needed
Prepare and manage creative production and travel budgets including tracking invoice payments and reviewing expense reports at the end of each month
Other duties as assigned

Strong negotiation, organization, and time management skills
Strong understanding of production budgets
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to navigate multiple priorities, work well in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate an awareness and sensitivity to the needs and concerns of individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and orientations
Not required, but preferred:
Fashion, Beauty and/or pharma experience a plus
Prior experience at a marketing agency
BA or BS media arts, communications or related fields

This position reports directly to the Vice President, Creative
Compensation & Total Rewards:
The pay range for this position is $131,200 – $165,000 + annual bonus. Your base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and may vary based on a number of considerations, including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
