Position Title: Creative Operations Lead

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Job Type: Full-Time / In-Office

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000

Role Overview

Ripley Rader is seeking a dynamic Creative Operations Lead to support our Founder and lead our creative team. This role demands commitment, initiative, drive, and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a positive outlook, be highly organized, and proficient in managing project timelines. They will assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating design seasons, photoshoots, launches, and manage the department. Prior experience as a project manager is highly recommended.

As the forward face of the Ripley Rader team, the Creative Operations Lead must embody and exude the brand’s values and aesthetic in the office, on set, and in all communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Assist the Creative Lead and Chief Creative Officer in executing creative and marketing strategies.
• Team Management: Exhibit a start-up mentality to manage all teams related to development and customer success.
• Calendar Management: Provide daily support in managing calendars across different time zones and resolving meeting conflicts.
• Cross-Departmental Communication: Liaise with the PR team, Wholesale representatives, and Marketing team.
• Administrative Functions: Manage all administrative tasks, including organizing and preparing materials for meetings and fittings.
• Vendor Relations: Develop relationships with vendors and manage fabric sourcing.
• Marketing Support: Plan and support email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Influencer Collaborations: Manage relationships and collaborations with influencers.
• Sample Set Management: Organize and distribute sample sets to national sales teams, including creating labels and tags for each piece.
• Leadership: Serve as a role model for the entire staff.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
