Campaign Nucleus is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Creative Manager to join our team. The role requires a passion for creativity, marketing, and content creation (video editing and design). You will work closely alongside our CEO and team of Marketing experts.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the creative process from concept to completion for all projects.
Collaborate with other Marketing teams to ensure alignment of creative strategies and objectives.
Develop innovative and creative ideas for video content that resonate with our target audience.
Work with clients to identify needs and develop solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and production techniques.
Ensure all visual content produced meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
Develop and maintain standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Proven experience as a Creative Manager or similar role, specifically focused on video editing and production.
Highly proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
3+ years of experience in a creative management role preferred
Possess an interest in politics (though not required), showing an openness to engaging with diverse perspectives and topics
