Reflex Performance Resources Inc., an industry leader in the design and manufacture of athletic apparel, is in search of a talented and experienced Creative Director to bolster our eCommerce team. In your role as our Creative Director, you'll be working in our Midtown Manhattan showroom, in the heart of the Garment District. Your creativity will be pivotal in molding our brand image across numerous platforms. These include our Shopify eCommerce websites, online marketplaces, digital marketing campaigns, social media profiles, and email marketing endeavors. Further, you will take charge of coordinating production of photography from our in-house studio and location lifestyle shoots.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our marketing and eCommerce teams to understand and help direct the continued evolution of our brands' visual needs.
Design and generate digital assets for our Shopify eCommerce websites, adhering to our promotional calendar.
Craft enticing graphics for product listings and brand pages on online marketplaces like Amazon, Target Plus, etc.
Develop compelling visual content for PPC digital marketing campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, etc.) and email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp).
Create engaging visuals for brand social media accounts to foster customer engagement and amplify brand awareness.
Oversee pre-production planning and organization, run shoots, and supervise post production edits of product photography, ensuring brand consistency and emphasizing each product's unique features.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Photography or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of Graphic Design and/or Fashion Photography experience, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
A portfolio showcasing your design prowess and creative abilities.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) is essential.
Experience with fashion or ecommerce product photography a plus.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
A passion for the fashion industry will be advantageous.
