The Creative Director is well organized, communicative, extremely focused and works well under pressure. The Creative Director can direct projects accordingly and has the capability to consistently switch task. They must have proven leadership, team oriented, and solution driven. Creative Director will balance creative possibilities with practical limitations.
Main Essential Duties and Functions of Job Position (but not limited to):
Manage a team of 10+ members across all creative genres, i.e., graphic designers, photography, videography, copywrite
Manage the creative process for concept to completion
Lead and direct the creative team
Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative team
Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Meet with upper management to explain campaign strategies and solutions
Ability to track all creative projects including Copyright, Graphic Design, Photography, and Videography within the Marketing Department.
Work closely with departments such as Buying, Social Media/PR, Sales, Research & Development, Customer Service, & Accounting to meet the creative needs of said departments
Must possess amazing problem-solving skills and Project- management
Work with 3rd parties for printed materials, video voice overs, translations, 3D renderings, etc.
Ability to inspire creativity amongst the creating team while juggling various projects
