Creative Director

Our client is the leading holding company with over 14 home and lifestyle brands, providing comprehensive solutions for whole-home organizing offering personalized service and innovative designs to enhance living spaces.

We are looking for a seasoned Creative Director to lead creative efforts and ensuring consistency and innovation in our visual and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Marketing Management and the Design Team to develop and implement creative strategies that align with our brand vision and business goals.
• Analyze and understand market trends and customer insights, iteratively refining creative approaches to enhance brand engagement.
• Develop and maintain a defined language and style for content, continuously improving based on performance metrics and feedback.
• Ideate and direct new forms of content, ensuring all materials reflect the brand’s standards and resonate with our target audience.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, interpreting and analyzing performance data to inform future strategies.
• Communicate deadlines, expectations, and any issues while working cohesively with the team and managing cross-functional projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, advertising, graphic design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role with a portfolio demonstrating successful brand management and creative campaigns.
• Proficiency in design software, social media platforms, and special effects tools.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team, delivering projects in a timely manner.
• A visionary individual with a genuine passion for storytelling and innovative design.
• Understands business objectives and client needs, adjusting projects accordingly.
• Ability to manage and allocate resources, set timelines and manage workflows.
