SHEIN is looking for a Creative Copywriter (official title Creative Copywriter II) who is a brilliant writer, a digital native who champions inclusivity and self-expression, and is obsessed with finding creative ways of storytelling about fashion, lifestyle, interior, and beauty. The role focuses on brainstorming new collection names, slogans, and descriptions and writing copy across all social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other touchpoints. You'll need to be extremely creative, flexible, collaborative, and open to feedback. Exceptional writing, grammar, and proofreading skills are a must.
The Creative Copywriter will report to the Copywriting Manager and collaborate closely with the in-house copywriting team and global teams to optimize copy to meet marketing objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Generate brand names, slogans, descriptions, and hashtags based on brand briefs
Craft compelling and platform-specific copy for social media channels, collections, collabs, emails, app pushes, landing pages, blogs, video scripts, paid media, briefs, and more
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across the globe
Swiftly shift between different brand voices and various types of writing depending on brand tone
Proofread all your copy to ensure it's spotless and error-free
Conduct research to ensure culturally appropriate copy
Own and adhere to various style guides
Job Requirements
3–5+ years of copywriting experience in fashion, beauty, and/or lifestyle (ad agency experience is a plus)
Exceptionally creative with excellent storytelling skills
Deadline-driven with impeccable attention to detail
Self-starter with a collaborative spirit
Digital native who is well-versed in pop culture
Ability to work in a dynamic and extremely fast-paced environment
A deep understanding of social culture, current trends, and events
Pay
$69,805.00 min - $86,800.00 max annually. Bonus offered.
