Job Description: We’re on the lookout for a rockstar Creative Assistant to work closely with our Creative Director and keep our creative gears turning. You’ll be the go-to person for scheduling, coordinating, and making sure our design docs are always up-to-date. And if you know your way around Photoshop and Illustrator, even better!
Responsibilities:
Work hand-in-hand with our Creative Director, managing her calendar, sending out invites, and scheduling calls like a pro.
Keep our graphics team, rendering team, and production team in the loop with the latest updates.
Update design decks and ensure all creative documents are current and organized in our team’s shared files.
Ensure all files that go to print are meeting print specs and brand guidelines, double check for typos
Communicate with vendors, co-ordinate arrival, departure times, collect invoices
Create production timelines and schedules, ensure all necessary teams receive those documents
Consistent client communication and sending reminders to necessary teams for deliverables
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
Excellent communication skills – you’ll be the bridge between our creative minds!
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay cool under pressure.
Must bring kindness like it's a superpower, a can-do attitude that laughs in the face of "impossible," and be an all-around good human (because life’s too short for anything less)
