Mission
To provide a continuum of evidence-based services for women and their families impacted by addiction, mental illness, trauma and/or incarceration with Christ-centered compassionate care.
Summary
To ensure that all food related operations and storage are safe and clean according to Health Department and ACA standards. Oversee kitchen operations, purchasing, inventory and daily meal plans. Process transportation requests and generate daily transportation schedule.

Food Service
Primary Responsibilities and Duties include the following:
- Create weekly menus based on approved menu list.
- Create weekly grocery shopping list.
- Order and purchase food from approved vendors with TNDR account, within budget guidelines.
- Stock and inventory all food supplies each week.
- Stock and inventory necessary kitchen/cooking supplies on regular basis with supervisor approval for purchases.
- Prepare lunch and dinner meals for up to 42 residents Monday - Friday.
- Ensure that kitchen and dining room is clean and sanitized at all times.
- Train program participants in kitchen safety and cleanliness guidelines and enforce with all program participants who utilize or assist in the kitchen.
- Perform urine drug screens and breathalyzer as requested by staff or on suspicion.
- Conduct client rooms searches.
- Report maintenance and facility concerns to Operations Manager.
- Perform light clerical duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with case managers, RN, and other staff on transportation needs.
- Compile transportation requests and monitor throughout the day.
- Responsible for collecting residents work schedules and adding to the dispatch.
- Generate daily transportation schedule and revise as needed.
- Assist with transporting residents as needed.
- Qualifications:
- Must be self-motivated and able to make quality, ethical decisions independent of supervision when necessary.
- Must have food preparation and food storage experience.
- Minimum of 1-year comparable experience preferred.
