Crate Builder

Job Description

We are seeking Crate Builders to join our team out in the Franklin, WI area. As a Crate Builder, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling various-sized wood boxes using power tools, hand tools, and machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and carpentry work, as well as the ability to perform heavy lifting.

Responsibilities:

• Use power tools, hand tools, and machinery to construct and assemble structures
• Perform heavy lifting and moving of materials
• Measure and cut materials using measuring tools
• Follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate construction
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance
  
  

Experience:

• Previous experience in building or construction is required
• Proficiency in operating power tools, hand tools, and machinery
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
• Knowledge of millwork construction techniques is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Monday through Friday

7:00 am to 3:00 pm

Expected hours: 40 per week

Must speak and read English.

Must pass a background.

Must have own transportation.

Must know about woodwork.

Must have some experience of carpentry or woodwork.

Must be handy with tools, power tools, and equipment.
