What you need:


  • Current registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, or any State in the U.S is required is highly preferred.
  • United States Citizenship Required
  • Ability to obtain a secret government clearance
  • 3-5 years of Experience


The skills/experience we want to see:


  • Proficiency in Construction Cost Calculation: Demonstrated expertise in accurately estimating construction project costs through the utilization of organizational cost guidance, area-specific cost factors, escalation factors, and specialized software.
  • Comprehensive Budgeting Skills: Proficient in developing detailed budget cost estimates for intricate construction assemblies and composite building systems across diverse facility project types.
  • Data Analysis Aptitude: Proven track record in analyzing construction cost data and technical information to develop robust cost models or construction cost bid proposals.
  • Bid Proposal Price Analysis: Demonstrated ability to analyze bid proposal prices effectively, ensuring precision and competitiveness in both pre-award and post-award procurement activities concerning construction and Architect/Engineering contracts.
  • Budget Cost Estimating for Congressional Approval: Experienced in preparing budget cost estimates tailored specifically for congressional approval processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and funding requirements.
