The Role:

As a member of Solera’s creative team, you will develop compelling videos and animations for various corporate sectors, collaborating with multiple stakeholders worldwide. Your projects will enhance Solera's hardware and software solutions for both internal and external use.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute the video pre-project process, including scripting, storyboarding, talent and location scouting, creating shot lists, and organizing props and wardrobe.
  • Manage on-set operations such as lighting, audio, camera work, directing, and media management.
  • Handle video post-project tasks, including editing, color correction, audio mixing, creating motion graphics, visual effects, mastering, and archiving.
  • Design and produce promotional videos and animations for Solera's websites, social media, and trade shows.
  • Edit long-format videos into shorter segments for specific audiences.
  • Identify and develop video case study candidates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver digital assets timely and ensure consistency with ongoing projects.
  • Manage ongoing projects, identify additional filming opportunities, and maintain a footage library.
  • Participate in digital marketing campaign planning, incorporating video to enhance proposals and presentations.



Core Focus Areas:


  • Pre-Project: Transform creative concepts into detailed plans for video and post-project, coordinate video shoots, and manage schedules.
  • Project and Post-Project: Follow detailed plans to capture high-quality video, direct talent, and ensure the seamless execution of project tasks. Post-project tasks include editing, enhancing audio, color grading, and finalizing content for distribution.
  • Post-Project Management: Oversee the archival and management of completed projects and media on platforms like Vimeo and YouTube, ensuring organized storage and easy access for revisions.


What You’ll Bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, marketing, or communications with at least six years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrable skills in video editing, animation, and photography.
  • Commitment to understanding and mastering product details across various sectors.
  • Strong ability to articulate and present creative ideas and take ownership of all stages of the creative process.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and independent work skills.
  • Team collaboration skills and the ability to engage in mutual teaching and learning within the team.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
