About the Job


The role of the Corporate Trainer is vital for the success of the Talent Development team. Under the direction of the Talent Development Manager, you will play a role in the improvement of employee engagement, develop opportunities and alignment with the Core Values. You will support the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS), followed by the administration of the tool. You will ensure that the enrollment and record keeping of Corporate and HR compliance training is accurate and up to date to meet regulatory requirements.


What you’ll be doing


  • Creates engaging learning experiences for new hires by facilitating and organizing the regularly scheduled new hire orientation cohort to ensure engagement and positive integration into our teams and culture.
  • Develop metrics based on scheduled surveys following the new hire orientation to ensure strong employee engagement and the quality of the onboarding programs.
  • LMS Administration and support (regular completion reporting, session schedules, participant enrollment).
  • Digital Tool Management: managing import/export of learning programs from external content providers to improve the catalog of courses available within our LMS.
  • Maintain the department SharePoint site, updating with the various learning themes, and employee development opportunities across various platforms.
  • Develop and maintain learning content & documentation, collaborating with Manager to support sustainability of learning programs.
  • Employee engagement surveys related to learning programs. Ensuring regular maintenance, delivery & analysis of surveys using Microsoft Forms.
  • Supporting Employee Recognition and Rewards initiatives based on peer-to-peer recognition, birthdays, anniversaries and other unscheduled development opportunities.
  • May include domestic travel, as needed.


Your Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related business field. Equivalent experience.
  • Three or more years experience with LMS and/or comparable data base administration experience.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin speaking is preferred, but not required
  • Successful project coordination and/or training administration experience.
  • Experience managing outside vendor relationships and sites.
  • Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, Reach and Replay) experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Office application, including the LMS365 integration
  • Enthusiasm for the Renewable Energy industry

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. Additional discretionary incentive may be available. Full-time employees are eligible for PTO, medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) plan and flexible spending accounts, subject to plan terms.
