Carolina BG is actively adding team members that assist in bringing its purpose of creating opportunities for people to grow and experience success to fruition! The Corporate Training position will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging learning experiences that not only resonate with staff but also drive substantial performance improvements.

As the Corporate Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the entire salesforce and other support functions within the company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary tools and expertise to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:

·        Develop programs and curriculum for all sales and support employees for initial, continuing education in-job training

·        Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops and develop appropriate modification when needed

·        Collaborate with the company’s management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions

·        Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training

·        Ensure all training sessions are in compliance with the company’s standards, policies and procedures

·        Provide support and mentoring for new employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed

Requirements to be Successful:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in a Corporate Trainer or similar position
  • BSc or BA degree
  • Significant experience with researching, developing, and implementing new syllabi with the latest teaching methodologies and tools
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to utilize adult learning theory to design and develop learning solutions that improve on-the-job performance.
  • Exceptionally detail oriented. Project management skills with ability to meet timelines. Able to adjust to priority and scope changes as needed.
  • Significant practical experience with the entire MS Office suite
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time with some overnight stays.
