Corporate Trade Show/Event Manager

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000

• What is your perfect fit? Passionate for corporate event management from strategic planning to detailed execution to follow up with lead generation and sales funneling?
• Do you enjoy taking ownership and guiding teams in providing fun, interactive and informative customer experiences through tradeshows, roadshows, and corporate events and incentive campaigns?
• Do you have prior experience in technology or manufacturing tradeshow events from research/audience targeting to event promotion/digital campaigns to venue/vendor/travel management?
• Are you open to 50% travel in North America?

What your future day will look like:

• Oversee, plan and assume total responsibility in every aspect of small meetings, trade shows and large-scale conferences, including venue selection logistics, vendor management and on-site operations.
• Lead the conceptualization and planning of strategic events ensuring alignment with event objections and business goals.
• Develop and manage the event budgets, including expenses, invoices and identifying cost savings opportunities.
• Provide marketing and lead generation opportunities through these events, including lead collections following the events.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5+years of Corporate event/trade show management
• Microsoft Office and CRM Proficiency
• Proven track record of effectively managing multi-million dollar budgets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
