We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst / Lead to join a great local leadership team. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in Corporate Development, Investment, or Management Consulting. The successful candidate will possess strong finance and accounting knowledge, advanced Excel modeling, and PowerPoint skills. The role requires the ability to work independently with minimal direction and offers significant exposure to senior leadership, including the CEO, CFO, CTO, and Board of Directors. Some international travel will be required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Analysis & Financial Modeling:
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, modeling, and valuation to support corporate development initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and potential investment opportunities.
  • Develop detailed financial models to evaluate M&A opportunities, strategic investments, and other corporate finance activities.
  • Project Management & Execution:
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes, working closely with internal teams and external advisors.
  • Prepare comprehensive presentations and reports for executive management and the Board of Directors.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with C-suite executives and senior leadership to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including shareholders and external partners.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and evaluate potential growth opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and new markets.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic business plans and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy and decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA or CFA designation preferred but not required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
  • Exceptional Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with senior executives and exposure to C-suite level decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
