Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Corporate Recruiter on a contract basis to partner with company management to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the business and deliver best in talent.


Opportunity: 3-month contract

Location: 100% remote

Compensation: $40-$45/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Work with HR Recruitment team to develop and implement best in class initiatives for recruiting A+ talent.
  • Create and maintain an active database of vetted and talented potential candidates.
  • Optimize and ensure ease of application process through various tools and customizes for individual needs as required.
  • Identify and attend industry trade shows, professional organizations, job fairs, and other events where networking with potential candidates can occur.
  • Collaborate with hiring manager in determining qualified candidates; document decisions in keeping with commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity.
  • Perform applicant tracking and on-boarding system tasks for exempt positions and new hires.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screens on qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate candidates travel as required and ensure interview schedule is followed.
  • Coordinate post-interview candidate communications.
  • Draft offer confirmation letters for review and approval.
  • Schedule/coordinate pre-employment drug testing and background checks.

Qualifications:

  • 2-year degree from a recognized college or university; 4-year degree preferred.
  • 5 years of recruitment experience from a software or information technology company.
  • Experience utilizing an ATS system.
  • Detail orientation and professional persistence.
  • Strong technical skills aptitude and understanding.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, listening and coaching skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees.
