Job Summary: As the Corporate Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our esteemed clients, visitors, and employees. This position requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills and a strong background in administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage a busy switchboard, directing calls and taking messages as necessary.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure all arrangements are in place.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, managing couriers, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with facilities and IT teams to address office maintenance and technical issues.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role in a corporate environment, preferably within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of office management and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • High school diploma required; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field preferred.
