The Global Real Estate Manager’s responsibilities include managing and optimizing the lease portfolio using CoStar Real Estate Manager software, ensuring compliance with lease terms, and tracking critical dates such as renewals and expirations. Additionally, overseeing lease payment processing, supporting real estate transactions, preparing Total Cost of Occupancy reports, managing capital improvement budgets, and collaborating with various departments to align real estate strategy with organizational goals are key duties. This role also involves utilizing financial analysis tools like Excel and Tableau for strategic decision-making support.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize the lease portfolio using CoStar Real Estate Manager software to ensure compliance with all lease terms and conditions.
  • Perform critical date management, tracking renewals, expirations, and other key lease milestones.
  • Conduct quality control of lease abstractions performed by our outside lease administration provider.
  • Oversee monthly lease payment processing and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Support the Director of Global Real Estate with planning and execution of real estate transactions, including lease negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions.
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal and operations teams to ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare detailed Total Cost of Occupancy reports for all global locations, in collaboration with the Lease Accounting, Facilities, and Construction Project Management teams.
  • Assist in managing and allocating the budget for capital improvements within leased spaces or tenant areas. This includes ensuring that funds are available for necessary improvements and that they are spent effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate real estate strategy with broader organizational objectives.
  • Utilize financial analysis tools in Excel and data analytics platforms like Tableau to create reports that support strategic decision-making.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, finance, or related field
  • 6-10 years of experience in real estate management, strong emphasis on lease administration
  • Proficiency in CoStar Real Estate Manager, SAP, Coupa, and advanced Excel
  • Experience with Tableau is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Proven track record of successful negotiation and strategic planning

Working Conditions

Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.

$104,000—$143,000 USD
