Your Responsibilities Include
Build relationships with internal and external customers to accomplish top-notch service delivery
Travel to offices to establish face-to-face relationships with partners and for hands-on experience in their day-to-day functions
Manage real estate projects, property needs, and construction while ensuring compliance with all legal, operational, and financial standards
Manage monthly rent, landlord, maintenance, and utilities invoicing
Manage analytics for occupancy, square footage, and billing
Manage real estate database and data integrity
Assist in vendor relationship management and national contracts
Managemaintenance of business licenses, certificates of occupancy, and certificates of insurance based on municipality and state guidelines
Assist in the location and selection of offices across various states
Assist in facilitatingthe review and negotiation of leases, renewals,and contracts to help reduce financial resource dedication, risk, and liability
Assist with closings of offices and security deposit refundsto ensure timeliness and effectiveness, keeping accountability and risk aversion in mind
Coordinate furniture moves, furniture design, acquisitions, and installations in field offices
Coordinate field-based storage and move needs, including decommissioning of spaces
Plan, develop, and execute ongoing processes and project optimization with guidance of the Real Estate Manager
Continually look to streamline and mature processes
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
3-5 years of professional experience
A positive attitude and an earnest interest in building relationships and providing consistent and reliable service to our employees, partners, and vendors
Ability to innovate and take calculated risks
Aptitude to oversee and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail
Team player mentality
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Integrity, humility, and an entrepreneurial attitude
Ability to travel regularly, approximately 10-15% of your time
Standout Candidates May Also Bring
Facility with technical language or reviewing legal documents such as leases and contracts
Knowledge or experience with commercial propertymanagement
Knowledge or experience in real estate transactions
Knowledge or experience in construction management
Working knowledge of Microsoft programs, Airtable, CoStar, and contract data warehouses preferred
